Grown on the distinctive red soil of our Dindori estate, the reserve Viognier is showing exotic apricot and lychee aromas followed by a lengthy mineral presence and fresh acidity on the palate. Floral aromas, candied lemon zest and cardamom give it that extra wow factor. Hint of typical Viognier phenolic bitterness to finish.

Food Pairing – Good with food such as oysters, Crab, Coquilles, Lobster, warm or cold preparations. Has enough body to combine with Roasted duck preparations, spicy foods but also supports creamy sauces and herbs such as tarragon and is great with cardamom.
